At Mr. Lamborghini, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be fair and transparent while also protecting the value of your reservation and the commitment we make when preparing a luxury supercar exclusively for you.
This policy outlines when and how refunds apply in case of booking cancellations.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Once a reservation is confirmed, we begin preparing your vehicle and schedule, often declining other requests for the same time. As such, our cancellation terms are as follows:
15+ days before rental start :
You’ll receive a refund of your deposit after deducting a 10% processing fee.
7 to 14 days before rental :
A 20% fee applies. The rest of the deposit will be refunded.
5 to 6 days before rental :
A 50% cancellation charge will be applied.
3 to 4 days before rental
:
A 70% cancellation charge will apply.
Less than 72 hours’ notice
:
The full deposit is non-refundable.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up at the scheduled pick-up time without prior notice, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Catering & Add-on Services
If your booking includes custom services like catering, events, or driver arrangements:
• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the service will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will not be refunded.
Our Cancellations
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen vehicle issues or operational limitations, we will:
• Offer a full refund, or
• Provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle, subject to availability and your consent.
Refund Timelines
Once approved, eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
